Vietnam and SE Asia

Greater China Corporation has a long-standing interest in Dragon Beach a major development project in central Vietnam.  This project encountered delays when anticipated casino licenses were postponed due to changes in the political landscape.  GCC has brought in two major new groups, one from Vietnam and the other from Singapore to assist with Dragon Beach as well as to work on other areas of opportunity.  These include development of a very high-end hotel/casino property in conjunction with one of the world's most successful casino developers, a school for training service employees for the hospitality industry under the direction of a legend in the industry who is also a GCC Advisor, and other projects in Vietnam and Cambodia.  Discussions for financing of these initiatives are underway in Vietnam, Singapore, the U.S. and Europe.

Greater China Art Fund

As China has grown in wealth and global recognition its art has become highly sought-after by major collectors and museums.  GCC had developed a business model that employs acquisition directly from artists and owners and provides these works on both a sale and lease basis to enable collectors to more readily afford art of major importance.  GCAF also works with museums (and collectors) that have excess art that they are prohibited from, or don't desire to sell.  They can generate income through GCAF's proprietary lease-sublease program that makes these works available to other collectors and museums on a low-cost lease basis.  An eventual public listing of GCAF will enable collectors to swap their art (usually on a tax-free exchange) for shares which are more easily sold or distributed to heirs or others while at the same time benefiting from appreciation of the art owned and leased by GCAF.

Turtlesnap Ventures, Inc. ("TVI")

Turtlesnap is a venture capital incubator that was founded by GCC and its Advisors in 2002.  TVI has produced a number of "Global Trends in Technology" Symposia with noted speakers and participants.  TVI is focused on two areas of opportunity: 1.  Establishing U.S. companies in conjunction with Chinese and other partners so that they can sell their products and develop technologies in the U.S. with the same status as any other American based company.  2.  Starting new companies through Turtlesnap Centers throughout the world where there is a focus on innovation and job-creation.  Turtlesnap employs unique business development and funding techniques that are based upon decades of proven systems by leading venture capital and private equity investors.  A global network of Turtlesnap entities when combined with the active use of the Internet provides each Turtlesnap entity with a valuable support system that can reduce risk and enhance gain for newly formed enterprises.
